*SHIPPING UPDATES (5/8/20)*

We are SO GRATEFUL to have you shopping with us and are excited to get your order to you as fast as possible.  Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, some of our orders are experiencing shipping delays that are out of our control.  Rest assured, we will do everything we can on our end to avoid delays, if you aren't happy we aren't either!

It's not uncommon that your order will arrive separately, sometimes they come from different factories or are are available on different days.  

At the moment, our usually quoted 2-7 days for processing has become 7-10 days and still another 20 days for delivery.  

Please be aware when selecting your items or choosing for special occasions.  We will continue to do our best to serve you and have a full team of wonderful customer service members on staff waiting to help you with any questions you may have.

How long does shipping take? 

We've successfully delivered over 140,000 orders to customers around the globe.  Since we work with manufacturers all over the world, we cut out unnecessary expense to you and ship directly to your door.

  • USA Orders:
  • Processing  - When your order is received it goes into processing.  We'll pick and pack your order and ship it out in 2-7 days.  As soon as we ship your item(s), you'll receive an email from us with your tracking info.  
  • Shipping - After your item ships, your order will arrive at your door in 20 business days but generally faster.  (Exception for diaper bags and mom and me beanies, which ship from USA within 5 days)

*Delivery time to your door is processing + shipping time*

  • International Orders:  Items will be processed and shipped within 2-7 days of purchase.  You'll receive an email from us as soon as it ships with tracking info.  International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur. Orders arrive at your door within 30 days but generally arrive faster.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do!   We ship many products worldwide each day and have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.

We DO NOT OFFER refunds while a product is in transit as it is already on the way to you.  You may edit or make changes to your order within 12 hours after purchase.  

How much is the shipping cost?

  • USA Orders - Under $75 is $3.95 / Over $75+ is free 
  • International Orders- Orders less than $100 cost $9.95 for shipping while orders over $100 are FREE shipping. Please note that our shipping fee is non-refundable. International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees that incur with your country's policies.
 Where are your products from? 
  • We hand select our products from manufacturers across the globe.  Each item is carefully chosen for comfort and style.  Most of our current suppliers are in Asia.
How can I track my order?  
  • After your order is placed, it takes 2-7 days to get your items processed, packaged, and prepared for shipping.  You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.

    What is your return policy?

    • We FIRMLY stand behind our products.  We accept returns up to 14 days after the item has been delivered.  If you have a damaged item, please email us immediately for a replacement at help@lennylemons.com
    • Customer is required to pay return shipping fees and they are nonrefundable.  Please note, in order to qualify for a full refund, items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.  We have the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.  
    • At this time we are unable to offer exchanges.  You may return your item and repurchase the correct size.
    • Refunds will be processed within approximately up to 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your return. 
    • These items are not eligible for refund for hygienic reasons.  Swimwear, beanies/winter hats, headbands, socks.

    I didn't get all of my items.

    • We try and get items out as quickly as possible and will ship them as soon as they are prepared for shipping.  Often, we'll ship packages separately at no additional cost to you.  Track your order here using your tracking number from confirmation and the email address used for purchase.

    Can I still make changes to my order after I have placed it?

    • If you need to make a change to your order, please email us within 12 hours of purchase.  Email us at help@lennylemons.com and title your email ORDER CHANGE.  If it's been more than 12 hours since purchase, we can't guarantee a change to your order.

    Can I pay in my own currency?

    • All of our prices on our website will checkout in USD (US Dollars). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issues processes the transaction.  You can shop with your countries currency with the converter located on the top of the website homepage.

    How secure is my personal information?

    Lenny Lemons adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

    Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
